Sgt. James Dunn (Keenen Ivory Wayans), a decorated Gulf War hero and highly trained army specialist, is convicted of killing a superior officer. Shortly before his execution, he is given a reprieve and asked to join an elite, ultra covert assassination squad and assigned to murder a wealthy, though corrupt, industrialist at the official opening of a medical centre. But the hit goes wrong and the President’s wife is killed. Dunn is made a scapegoat. With a bounty of ten million dollars on his head, Dunn must now use his survival skills to elude the massive manhunt that is tracking him through the streets of Los Angeles.
